Our Trheese product line are cultured nut or soy products modeled to reflect traditional dairy cheeses, but using no dairy products in the manufacturing. Our chef's recipes are unique formulations placing both food safety and exquisite taste first. There are a number of Cheese-esque products available, and lots of different recipes to attempt at home, but Chef Diane Wagemann's entire approach is unique and sets her products aside.
