We don't use any preservatives in our fine Chocolates and Non-Dairy Cheeses. Our products are perishable. Therefore, all of our cheeses ship with an ice pack.
There are rules about returning food items; you can't. However, we understand that sometimes we make mistakes, and we will gladly work with you to extend you an appropriate credit or to ship the correct product.
