We took our crowd pleasing Caramel with Sea Salt and added a luscious cashew nut for extra crunch and flavor.  Chocolate and sea salt is always a great combination, but with the extra lift of a cashew nut, our Caramel Cashew with Sea Salt is a marvel.

Chef Diane Wagemann wraps her hand-made vegan caramel with cashews and surrounds it in layers of fine dark chocolate and then sprinkles each one by hand with large pink sea salt crystals.
